The Consultant shall conduct a comprehensive initial program review to evaluate the current state of the Client's compliance infrastructure and identify missing or deficient program elements. This phase includes a detailed assessment of existing core documentation, an on-site physical facility walkthrough of all animal housing and support spaces, and a review of active tracking methods. Upon completion, the Consultant shall deliver a gap-analysis summary detailing missing compliance components and recommended corrective actions.
